Product Reliability
SkyHigh Memory conducts stringent qualification and reliability testing on products and packages during the product
development and quarterly reliability monitoring phases. These stringent tests, which typically involve multiple test
vehicles and stresses, are based on statistical techniques. The tests are designed with an objective to ensure that
products demonstrate a high degree of reliability and robustness, in addition to meeting or exceeding industry standards.

SkyHigh Memory practices vigorous on-line and off-line statistical process control in all areas of manufacturing.
Continual improvement is accomplished through 8 Discipline [8D] Root Cause Corrective Action [RCCA] problem
solving techniques.
Automotive Quality
SkyHigh Memory Semiconductor leverages the performance and maturity of standard product in order to qualify and
deliver automotive grade product. Rigorous controls at all steps of the production process, from wafer fabrication
through wafer sort to assembly and test, ensure the drive to on-time delivery of zero defect automotive product.
