RoHS, Green and Environmental Information

SkyHigh Memory Semiconductor proactively manages Lead Free, RoHS, REACH and Halogen
Free ("Green") programs to meet customer's requirements, as well as legislative requirements.

RoHS

SkyHigh Memory Lead-Free semiconductor products meet the requirements of the Directive (EU)
2015/863 and the China RoHS directive. All products, SkyHigh Memory produce, are RoHS compliant, and do not contain the six restricted substances (Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, Cadmium, PBB and PBDE) and 4 Phthalates substances (Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP, Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) beyond the allowable limits.

REACH

REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals and entered into force on 1 June
2007. Most SkyHigh Memory Lead-Free products are compliant with the REACH regulation no. 1907/2006/EC of the European Parliament. which has a list of 235 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) materials.
If a SkyHigh Memory product contains an SVHC substance exceeding the 0.1% w/w, SkyHigh Memory will disclose this
information by part number upon customer request.

SkyHigh Memory is an article producer (semiconductor products). SkyHigh Memory does not manufacture
in Europe and does not import chemicals into Europe. SkyHigh Memory is not a substance or preparation producer per
REACH definitions. SkyHigh Memory is not required to pre-register with REACH.

Halogen Free ["Green"]
